Corporate strategy and M&A executive with 20+ years of experience across telecoms, financial services, technology, and venture capital. I have led and contributed to transactions totalling over US$4.5 billion, including the Vodacom Tanzania IPO, the US$3.5 billion Safaricom stake transfer, and early-stage fintech investments of up to US$10 million each. As Founder and Managing Director of Investable, I advise corporates, DFIs, and innovation agencies on corporate venture capital strategy, fund design, due diligence, and deal execution. I also serve on the Investment Committee at Jozi Angels, where I have helped review over 1,000 deals a year and deploy US$2 million plus across 50 syndicate-backed investments, and lead Founder Institute South Africa, which has launched 75+ startups since 2020. My background combines large-scale corporate deal execution (Principal, Group Strategy & M&A at Vodacom) with founder experience (built and exited a fashion-tech SaaS platform) and hands-on capital deployment. I am comfortable operating at board and investment committee level, in regulated and cross-border environments, and in situations that need both financial rigour and operational judgement.
