I am a Senior SAP SuccessFactors professional with over 8 years of experience in global HR technology, functional consulting, application operations, project delivery and test management at BMW Group South Africa. My expertise includes Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting and Performance Management, with a strong focus on global implementations, stakeholder management, governance and delivering sustainable HR technology solutions. Two key achievements I am particularly proud of are: 1.Supporting a global implementation across 36 markets: I played a key role in the global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management while leading the Operations and Development Team, ensuring operational stability and alignment across international markets. 2.Leading global Recruiting testing and rollout:I managed the end-to-end testing strategy, UAT execution, defect management and go-live readiness for a global implementation across 36 markets, which was delivered with little to no production defects. For my next career move, I am seeking a remote opportunity in SAP SuccessFactors, HR technology, global project delivery or test management. Ideally, I would like a role that allows me to leverage my functional expertise, strategic thinking, leadership and stakeholder management skills while contributing to international projects and collaborating with global teams.
