I am an Information Technology graduate with a strong interest in building a career at the intersection of IT, finance, and data-driven environments. I have a solid foundation in administrative support, system use, and structured workflows, and I am motivated to apply my skills in professional, process-driven organisations where accuracy and accountability are essential. During my studies, I completed a college project involving the design and development of a missing persons website. This project strengthened my understanding of front-end web development concepts, information organisation, and the importance of presenting sensitive data clearly and responsibly. It also reinforced my interest in how technology can be used to manage and communicate information effectively. In addition to my academic background, I have practical work experience at The Kitchen Studio, where I supported daily administrative operations. My responsibilities included customer communication, order documentation, scheduling, system updates, and basic IT support. This role required attention to detail, coordination across teams, and the ability to work accurately with records and client information in a fast-paced environment. I am particularly interested in roles within the insurance, finance, or corporate services sector, such as claims handling, operations support, or administrative roles that provide exposure to systems, data, and compliance-based processes. These environments appeal to me as they combine structured procedures with opportunities to develop analytical and technical skills. In the long term, I aim to progress into roles related to data analysis, finance technology, or business intelligence.
