Most recently at Fountain, I supported People & Talent operations for a 200+ person global workforce while helping the function operate through a 64% reduction in team size. I also led major systems implementations and migrations across the People tech stack, including completing a Lever-to-Greenhouse ATS migration in just 90 days and two HRIS transitions within two years. I’m at my best when I’m building, improving, and problem-solving: taking a manual or messy process, figuring out how it can work better, and creating something scalable and sustainable for the people using it. I especially enjoy using systems, data, automation, and AI to reduce administrative work and give teams better visibility into their operations. For my next role, I’m looking for a People/HR Operations or Talent/Recruiting Operations opportunity where I can own systems, analytics, projects, programs, and process improvement. I’m primarily looking for a remote role, but I’m also open to flexible hybrid opportunities in the Columbus, Ohio area.
