Keith Yap

I am a Senior IT Manager with strong experience in Splunk, SIEM, observability, platform operations, monitoring, dashboards, incident support, and technical leadership. I started as an engineer, progressed into a team lead role, and later took over as manager, helping grow and structure a team from around 5 people to 18. My strength is managing people, projects, stakeholders, and complex technical environments while keeping communication clear and delivery on track. I have experience working with engineers, customers, vendors, sales teams, and leadership, often acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. I am currently looking for remote, hybrid, or flexible roles where I can apply my experience in people management, platform operations, security monitoring, observability, Splunk, SIEM, and technical delivery leadership.
