10+ years customer service experience
I have been doing inbound and outbound sales from 2015-2020 until I moved to another state and wanted to pursue other opportunities. Currently, I'm doing fast food but in searching for a remote inbound customer service position. I'm currently enrolling at Euphoria Beauty Institute in pursuit of a career. In the meantime, I realized that I enjoy doing customer service, inbound is my strong suit, helping customers who call me with questions about the product is what I enjoy doing.
