Katrina Burk

I’m an experienced operations and property management professional with a background spanning residential property management, real estate operations, mortgage lending, and team leadership. I currently serve as a Director of Operations/Property Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations, team support and development, vendors, financial and compliance responsibilities, customer relationships, and process improvement. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in high-volume, deadline-driven environments where organization, communication, accuracy, and problem-solving are essential. Two accomplishments I’m particularly proud of are obtaining my NMLS license in just 18 days and my real estate license in 35 days, demonstrating my ability to quickly learn complex information and regulatory requirements. I’ve also managed a portfolio of 150+ residential properties while serving as the primary point of contact for 500+ residents and property owners. For my next role, I’m looking for a remote operations, property management, real estate, mortgage/lending, or business operations position where I can use my leadership, process improvement, customer service, and organizational skills. I’m especially interested in a role where I can take ownership, improve workflows, support a team, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization.
