Currently, I lead an organization of almost 40 payroll professionals through a multi-layer leadership structure while overseeing German payroll portfolios within CloudPay. Throughout my career, I have successfully led payroll transformations, organizational growth, payroll migrations, implementation governance and vendor transitions while partnering closely with executive leadership, Sales and Client Success teams.
