Hello, I’ve spent the last 15+ years building, shaping, and scaling design-led experiences. At Tata CLiQ, I built the design function from scratch—growing it alongside the business from launch to large-scale campaigns, including our first celebrity-led moment. Before that, at Nykaa, I experienced the early-stage hustle of building from a home office setup to a full-fledged platform. I currently lead a team of 8 designers, driving everything from daily app experiences to high-impact sale campaigns and social storytelling—often simultaneously, always under pressure. I enjoy that pace; it keeps the work sharp. My approach to design is simple: Make it meaningful. Make it work. Make it scale. With a foundation in visual design, art direction, and usability (C-DAC + HFI), I bring both instinct and structure—balancing creativity with clarity and business impact.
