Kailee Barnes

I am a first year Masters of Science in Data Science student at Weber State University. I originally received by BS in Health Sciences at the University of Minnesota Rochester. During my time here, I gained research experience in biotechnology and anatomy at the Mayo Clinic. This lead me to pursue other research positions later in life. My most recent position was a Research Assistant I at a biomedical company. Here, I worked in a group and handled the majority of organization and calculations of relevant data. This lead me to pursue further schooling in data science and data analytics. Currently, I am looking for remote roles in data analytics/data science in order to gain more hands-on experience in the field. As I take summer courses and start more in the fall, a part-time schedule works best for me at this time.
