Hi, I’m Jyoti Srivastava. I have over 17 years of cross-functional professional experience, including hands-on experience in customer operations, AI data projects, quality assurance, and compliance. In my customer operations experience with Travels & Tours and IndiaMART, I worked on recruitment and candidate evaluation, customer support, workflow coordination, and CRM-based activities using tools such as ROLO CRM and Leap CRM-like platforms. This gave me practical experience in understanding requirements, communicating with people, coordinating workflows, and handling customer-related tasks professionally. More recently, I’ve been working with Innodata India as an AI Model Evaluator and iMerit Technology as an AI Data Annotator, where I handle detailed evaluations, quality checks, data validation, and work according to structured project requirements. I believe this combination of direct customer operations experience and strong attention to detail makes me well suited for a customer support role.
