Cybersecurity and technology executive with deep experience leading enterprise-scale security, risk, and compliance programs across healthcare and global logistics. I specialize in building new security organizations—including Product Security, Cyber Risk, Data Privacy, GRC, and IT Risk Management—while strengthening operational resilience and regulatory compliance. As BISO & Director of Cybersecurity at Carelon, I serve as the divisional CISO for ten subsidiaries, overseeing security strategy, incident response, vulnerability management, GRC, and HITRUST certification. Prior to healthcare, I served as Information Security Manager/Director at FedEx (2019–2023), where I built the first enterprise IT Risk Management Program, led privacy and regulatory programs, founded the Product Security Organization, and achieved ISO 27001 certification.
