My name is Josafa S. I have completed my B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering. Although my academic background is in computer science, I’m more interested in management-oriented roles, particularly HR, business development, and customer-facing positions. I have professional experience as an Insurance Advisor at Ditto by Finshots, where I worked with customers, understood their insurance requirements, explained policies and features, handled queries and objections, and maintained customer interactions through CRM. This experience helped me strengthen my communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills. I have also completed internships where I gained exposure to different work environments and developed skills in coordination, teamwork, and basic technical tools. In addition, I served as the Secretary of the Women’s Cell during college, where I was involved in organizing events and coordinating with students and faculty. Overall, I would describe myself as a good communicator, a quick learner, and someone who enjoys working with people. I’m now looking for an opportunity where I can use my communication and management skills, gain more professional experience, and grow into a strong management professional.
