Master’s degree in data science from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid; Environmental Resources Engineer and Agricultural Engineer from the Universidad de Chile. Specialization in geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing, biodiversity field survey, geospatial and biodiversity data management, data science, applied artificial intelligence and computer vision. As Deputy Director of the Data Team at Cienciambiental, led the design and implementation of the data management system and the development of analytical products. Experience leading the development and implementation of data-driven solutions, including the design and management of data processing pipelines, analytical workflows, data integration and analysis, and the development of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. I am proficient in R and Python for data management, analysis, visualization, and modeling, as well as in the application of classification and clustering techniques and image processing. Advanced proficiency in GIS software and environments such as RStudio, Jupyter Notebook, and Google Colab. Career combining technical development with team leadership and project management to achieve strategic and technical objectives, particularly in environmental and biological contexts.
