I have 25 years experience in Video Editing. I also have 3 years experience in Color Grading, Foley Recording, and Audio Mixing. I feel my expertise would benefit your company and their projects. I work well in groups as well as on my own. I always give my very best on any project I work on. I studied at University Of North Carolina Wilmington and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in film. I'm trained and proficient in Final Cut Pro 7, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and Pro Tools. I've edited Live Band Videos, Band Music Videos, Short Films, Short Series, Fundraiser Videos, and Commercials. In the technical world, I've captured video, transcoded videos, organized footage, renamed videos to the clapper, and synced audio. I have also worked over 25 years in the Independent Film field. On the short film Malachi, I worked as the Video Editor, Color Grader, as well as Audio Mixer. I worked closely with the Director and Producer to ensure that I produced the project they were satisfied with. This also included problem solving with the footage itself. Any project is going to have it's share of problems that need to be fixed. Over my decade of experience I've had to fix continuity like spatial relationships, eye lines and over all screen direction. I've had to fix the color of the project to create continuity between shots that had different color balances.
