I am an aspiring Freight Virtual Assistant seeking an opportunity to start my career in the freight and logistics industry. I have completed training in freight brokerage and dispatching, with hands-on practice in load boards, TMS platforms, load tracking, quoting and rate negotiation, carrier and shipper communication, freight class calculation, and data entry. My previous administrative and coordination experience has helped me develop strong skills in documentation, scheduling, customer communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail. I am comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office and have experience handling records, reports, transportation documents, and daily operational coordination. I am a hardworking, reliable, and fast learner who is willing to be trained and adapt to different freight operations and systems. I am currently looking for a full-time remote Freight VA or Freight Broker Assistant position where I can apply my skills, continue learning, and provide dependable support to brokers, carriers, shippers, and logistics teams.
