Jonathan Finley

I’m a native English speaker from the United States with professional experience in customer service, operations, inventory management, and maintenance. Throughout my career, I’ve taken on increasing levels of responsibility and earned promotions by being dependable, learning quickly, and consistently stepping up when more was expected of me. My experience includes working directly with customers, resolving problems, managing inventory, coordinating day-to-day tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting teams in fast-paced environments. I’m comfortable working independently, prioritizing multiple responsibilities, and learning new systems and technology. Living in Brazil has also strengthened my adaptability and communication skills. I’m currently learning Portuguese and have firsthand experience navigating a new culture and communicating with people from different backgrounds. I’m especially interested in remote opportunities in operations, customer support, data entry, logistics, order processing, inventory coordination, and other roles where organization, communication, reliability, and problem-solving are valued. I’m authorized to work in the United States and open to full-time, part-time, contract, and freelance remote opportunities. I’m looking for a company where I can contribute immediately, continue developing my skills, and grow into positions with greater responsibility over time.
