Jonah (Jarrod) Taylor

I have been a chaplain, pastoral leader and rugby coach for a combined total of 20 years. Guiding and supporting teams and individuals in forming culture, identity, purpose and excellence. These all look different depending on context. It is about taking what is there already to create belonging, clarity and unity. My strength is helping turn around poor performing teams or individuals looking for change and peace, and place them on the path to recovery and revnewal. My lens is an Orthodox Christian one, where you find a well and ancient trodden path. One that leads a person or a group of people, to understanding and makinh peace with thier humanity, which has not only an affect on them but those around them.
