Program Manager and Peer Workforce Leader with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals navigating poverty, mental health challenges, and housing instability. In my current role as a Peer Center Program Manager, I oversee daily operations, support peer staff, develop outreach strategies, and build systems to track engagement and program outcomes. I’m experienced in taking programs from concept to structure—creating schedules, workflows, and reporting tools that actually work in practice. I bring a strong understanding of how to balance peer values with organizational expectations. I’m comfortable using data to guide decisions, improving workflows, and supporting teams in a way that is collaborative, accountable, and grounded in lived experience.
