John Wilber

Experienced software engineer and CFA charterholder with over 10 years of experience in software development for the financial industry, primarily in asset management. I have often assumed the role of a business analyst, and can act as a liaison with technical and non-technical personnel. My primary skills are C#, SQL, Git, and Excel VBA in a .NET environment, and I am also knowledgeable with Python, React, AWS and Azure. Much of the work I have done has been to streamline the handling of financial data, either by creating user interfaces or ETL jobs to import it. I have developed systems for handling mortgage pooling for securitization and many data import jobs using C# and MS-SQL. In my most recent position, I worked remotely on an East coast time schedule. I am currently seeking a remote position as a software developer or data analyst that primarily uses C# or SQL within any time zone in the continental US.
