I hold a degree in Computer Science from UFMG and work at the intersection of data, operations, and decision-making. I have experience organizing operations, turning scattered data into useful information, and creating controls that help people understand what needs to be done, by whom, and by when. I have worked with Amazon e-commerce, demand, inventory, purchasing, pricing, public procurement, and product launches, both in an operation serving the US market and while building my own business in Brazil. I run a company focused on helping businesses that have grown without clear processes and lost visibility into their day-to-day operations. My focus is creating simple, trackable ways of working through spreadsheets, task management systems, performance indicators, and regular follow-up routines, without adding unnecessary complexity.
