I'm a Senior UX/UI Designer with over 20 years of experience across institutional, healthtech and branding work — the last several years focused specifically on UX/UI and design systems for complex, high-stakes public platforms. At Fiocruz (Brazil's National Institute of Health, WHO-affiliated), I led UX/UI design end-to-end for ReBEC 4.0, the national clinical trials registry recognized as a WHO/ICTRP Primary Registry — an 11-step multilingual submission wizard, a parallel 6-step flow for research centers, and an embedded 24/7 assistant greeting users in eight languages. Approved by Fiocruz, ANVISA, Brazil's Ministry of Health, PAHO and WHO. Earlier, as the sole UX designer on TeleAssistência, Brazil's first SUS teleconsultation service under Law 14.510/22, I designed every screen — physician records, patient waiting room, printable templates, and the full color/component system. In its first year the service handled over 10,000 consultations for 7,000 patients across 92 municipalities, and is still cited by its coordination team as a reference model. I also lead a small institutional communications team and run branding, editorial and motion projects independently, from full brand systems to React-built, animated editorial redesigns. I'm now looking for remote UX/UI or product design contract work, ideally in healthtech or another domain where usability decisions carry real institutional weight.
