I’m an Operations Manager with hands-on experience in marketing operations and GoHighLevel (GHL) systems. I help businesses turn scattered processes into organized, scalable workflows—from lead capture and CRM management to automations, pipelines, follow-ups, appointment booking, reporting, and client communication. My strength is connecting operations and marketing so that leads do not fall through the cracks and teams can focus on growth. I build and optimize GHL funnels, workflows, email and SMS campaigns, calendars, forms, tags, triggers, and sales pipelines. I also support day-to-day operations by creating SOPs, managing projects, improving internal processes, coordinating teams, and keeping deliverables on track. I’m detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced remote environments. I enjoy identifying bottlenecks, simplifying systems, and creating reliable processes that improve both customer experience and business performance. I’m looking for a remote role where I can own operations, strengthen marketing systems, and help a growing company scale efficiently.
