I love working with people, I base my cooperation with them primarily on respect and mutual trust. In every workplace, I care about a great atmosphere and clear communication, which I consider to be the key to success in any organization. I feel very comfortable in dynamically developing organizations, because they not only provide new challenges, but also constantly expand our skills. I’m also a team player, focused on reaching set goals. My biggest achievement is taking part in the development of the start-up Company that started with 300 employees and currently employs 2200 people and to lead the HR Department that was a role model for the global team.
