Joana Rodrigues

Hello, I'm Joana! 👋 I’m 24 and currently building my path in Human Resources, learning a lot, asking even more questions, and enjoying the process along the way. I studied Languages and Business Relations, followed by a Master’s in Management at the University of Aveiro, which basically means I love understanding people and how organizations work (a surprisingly useful combo). I’ve worked in HR at Continental, supporting contract management and travel administration, and later at Euronext as an HR Admin, where I handled documentation, contract updates, payroll support, and benefits. I’m still growing in the HR world, especially in HR Operations, People & Culture and generalist tasks, and I’m always curious to learn more. I communicate comfortably in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and I have basic conversational skills in Italian and Mandarin. I enjoy roles where I can support people, keep things organized and contribute to a positive employee experience, one process at a time.
