I have worked with Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, backup solutions, and user support. I also have experience troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues, as well as working with users and technical teams to resolve incidents. I have been working in IT for more than 10 years, with experience across both technical and customer-facing roles. My background includes infrastructure support, service management, technology projects, and technical consulting. Two achievements I’m particularly proud of are supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure and critical services while helping ensure service availability and timely incident resolution. I also contributed to technology projects involving virtualization, backup, networking, and end-user support, while managing technical and customer requirements from initial analysis through implementation and follow-up. For my next role, I’m looking for a remote position in IT infrastructure, technical support, cloud, or cybersecurity.
