I’m a remote content and website operations professional with over a decade of hands-on experience working across logistics, customer service, digital publishing, and independent online projects. My background combines real-world operational work with digital systems. I spent several years working in logistics and receiving at Home Hardware where I coordinated purchase orders, shipments, and inventory operations. I also spent four seasons operating provincial park campgrounds in British Columbia, where I managed guest interactions, reservations, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day operations in high-volume outdoor environments. In parallel, I have built and managed multiple websites using WordPress and modern digital tools. My experience includes content writing, blog management, SEO-driven publishing, website maintenance, and using tools like Canva and AI platforms to support content workflows. Because of my mixed background in both operations and digital publishing, I’m comfortable working independently, managing projects remotely, and solving problems without constant supervision. I’m currently seeking remote roles involving content writing, WordPress management, website operations, or digital publishing.
