I'm a billing and accounts receivable professional with nearly ten years of experience in healthcare staffing, where my work centered on generating accurate client invoices from traveling clinicians' submitted timesheets, reconciling accounts across systems, and resolving billing discrepancies directly with client facilities. Over that time, two things I'm most proud of: at Medical Solutions, I maintained a consistent record of catching invoice errors before finalization across a high volume of daily transactions — the kind of accuracy that prevents downstream disputes and keeps cash flow clean. At Medefis, Inc., I served as a front-line resource for billing disputes, researching discrepancies and coordinating corrections across internal teams and client facilities until accounts were fully resolved. Since 2023 I've been running J Renae Studio, my own photography and custom watercolor illustration business, while completing coursework toward an Associate Degree in Graphic Design — which has sharpened my organizational skills and comfort managing my own workload independently. Next, I'm looking for a fully remote full-time role in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations where accuracy and reliability are what the team is built on. I work well independently, I pick up new systems quickly, and I bring the kind of steady, detail-oriented follow-through that keeps billing functions running cleanly in the background.
