I’m a Clinical Informatics specialist with a nursing background and a strong focus on making healthcare technology actually work in real-world settings. My experience spans ER, Med-Surg, Behavioral Health, and ancillary departments, giving me a full-picture understanding of clinical workflows across the organization. I’ve worked closely with EMR systems to support implementations, optimize workflows, and train end users—always with the goal of improving usability, efficiency, and adoption. I’m especially passionate about bridging the gap between clinicians and technology, translating frontline challenges into solutions that make sense in practice, not just in theory. I do my best work in roles that combine workflow design, system implementation, and collaboration across teams to drive meaningful, lasting improvements.
