With my hybrid background in both electrical & mechanical Engineering and my practical experience in Solar PV system design, installation & maintenance project management for 17+ years, I have already implemented but no limited to 12MW Solar PV Micro-Grid in southwest Ethiopia omorate 15,000 hectars banana farm Fri-El Ethiopia and contributed significantly to the planning, excuting, maintaining and managing of renewable energy and battery storage projects and would like to contribute this expertise to your company as well. In my previous work at Fri-El Ethiopia, I have taken on responsibility in the areas of Farm INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION MANAGER and successfully transformed diesel to 12MW solar PV water pumping technology to reduce fuel consumption by 80% & a ton of carbon footprint consumption by78©. I have worked closely with various teams to develop innovative solutions that are both economically and ecologically sustainable.
