I lead creative that sells. For over 20 years, I’ve specialized in bridging the gap between "This looks amazing" and "How do we actually build this?" I’ve led teams from 2–15 (from scrappy squads to layered orgs) and partnered closely with marketing, sales, licensing, and engineering. I don’t just lead the design work; I build the engines that make its success repeatable—delivering apparel graphics, visual identity, and brand campaigns that scale across print, digital, and product. Expertise: • Crafting the visual DNA for retail giants like Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister Co., and HOMAGE, as well as hundreds of artists in the music industry. • Turning discovery into vision, and execution into momentum. I identify the real problem and cut through the noise to build a foundation for consistent growth. • Delivering creative that closes—from internal buy-in to consumer sell-through across fashion, retail, and digital products. • Building teams to scale by investing in culture, reducing inefficiencies, and delivering the "this looks amazing" consistently and sustainably. Pursuing: I’m looking for a senior creative leadership role—and the right kind of collaborative partnership—where creative has a seat at the business table: shaping strategy, improving execution, and driving growth (not just polishing the pretty exterior). Currently: I’m channeling this obsession into Rigsby Design Co., developing experiences across music merchandise, brand identity, and commerce storytelling for clients like Foo Fighters, Mattel, and local philanthropic organizations. Offline: When I’m not stressing over pixels, I’m usually coaching my kids' soccer, softball, and basketball teams—where my professional experience is arguably put to its greatest test.
