I’m an Enterprise Architecture and Technology Transformation leader with 20+ years of experience helping organizations connect business strategy with technology execution. My background spans enterprise architecture, cloud and application modernization, data strategy, integration, Salesforce, Azure, and AI and agentic technologies. Most recently, I led Enterprise Architecture for LHH, part of the Adecco Group, partnering with business, product, engineering, data, and technology leaders across a global organization. My approach is practical: help teams move faster, simplify technology, increase reuse, and put the right guardrails in place without slowing delivery. Two achievements I’m particularly proud of: • Led the development of a global “Data by Design” initiative to create the data foundation needed to support our AI strategy. We established clear data ownership, stewardship, governance, and quality expectations and embedded them into the project delivery lifecycle. The goal was to ensure AI solutions were built on trusted, well-governed data rather than trying to solve data ownership and quality issues after deployment. • Built and matured an Enterprise Architecture capability that connected business strategy and capabilities to technology decisions and delivery. I partnered closely with product and development teams to drive platform reuse, guide architecture decisions, evaluate emerging technologies and AI, and establish governance that enabled teams rather than creating roadblocks. For my next role, I’m looking for a remote leadership opportunity in Enterprise Architecture, AI Transformation, Technology Strategy, or Digital Transformation. I’m most interested in Director, VP, Head of Architecture, Chief Architect, or similar roles where I can bridge business and technology and help organizations modernize through architecture, data, cloud, integration, and AI.
