I’m a Learning & Development and Operations professional with 15+ years of experience across South Africa, Saudi Arabia and China. My background sits at the intersection of learning, people, operations and process improvement. I have managed training programs, curriculum development, HR processes, HRIS implementation, employee development, operational workflows and compliance-related training. I also have experience working with distributed teams and standardizing processes across multiple locations.
