James Dyble

I’m a commercial performance and analytics leader with 15+ years’ experience using data, commercial judgement and strategy to drive growth and improve business performance. I currently lead commercial performance and planning across Sky Gaming’s £600m portfolio, spanning Vegas, Casino, Bingo, Poker and Games, and previously held Head of Department roles leading teams of up to 14. Two achievements I’m particularly proud of are redesigning Sky Gaming’s high value customer proposition around a newly identified pre-churn behavioural signal, halving customer decay and generating £1.2m in annualised incremental NGR; and identifying and building the commercial case for a new customer acquisition channel at LNER that went on to generate £2m in annualised revenue. I’m now looking for a fully remote senior commercial, growth, strategy or performance role where I can combine commercial leadership, analytics and people development to drive measurable growth. Gaming, gambling, mobile apps and digital businesses are particularly attractive, but I’m open to other consumer-focused industries where my experience is transferable.
