Jamal Mohammed

I am a full-stack developer with hands-on experience building web applications, backend services, REST APIs, database-driven systems, and customer-focused technical solutions. My strongest experience comes from developing a full-stack case management system where I worked across the backend and frontend using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. One of my biggest achievements has been taking the case management project from an idea into a working application. I built REST APIs, implemented CRUD operations, worked with database integration and validation, added authentication, tested endpoints, connected the frontend to the backend, and spent a lot of time debugging and improving the application. This gave me practical experience understanding how the different parts of a real application work together rather than only working on one area. I also have professional experience in customer experience and operations, including working as an SME and supporting customers across different communication channels. That experience has helped me become comfortable solving problems, communicating clearly, documenting processes, and taking ownership when something needs to be fixed. I am currently continuing to expand my technical skills in Python, Go, AI automation, API integrations, and modern development tools. I am looking for a remote full-time, contract, or freelance opportunity where I can contribute as a junior/early-career software developer, backend developer, full-stack developer, technical support developer, or AI/automation-focused developer while continuing to grow into a stronger software engineer.
