I’m a project and operations management professional with 8+ years of experience across workplace installations, multifamily construction, and business operations, supported by earlier experience in facilities coordination. At The Collective, I managed up to 20 concurrent projects across multiple cities and states, with individual project values ranging from $20,000 to $700,000, while leading four project managers. I also created companywide project management procedures and a training manual to support consistent project delivery. At D&L Siding, I managed multimillion-dollar multifamily construction contracts, coordinating schedules, budgets, procurement, contractors, and permitting. In my current role at DLH Distributing, I coordinate operational projects, negotiate vendor pricing and service terms, and manage financial processes. My strengths include organizing complex workloads, coordinating teams and vendors, communicating with clients, and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle. I have experience with Smartsheet, Buildertrend, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, and I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. I’m seeking a remote project or operations management role where I can apply my leadership and project delivery experience.
