I'm a learning experience designer, customer education and success specialist, instructional designer, and training specialist with over 7 years of experience in education and corporate spaces. I've designed, built, and implemented ILT/vILT courses, e-Learning content, post-grad courses, and corporate training documentation and its management processes from scratch with consistently increasing success. In my current role, I've trained over 300 volunteers with documentation researched and drafted. I'm looking for a full time role that will provide more opportunities to build training and documentation that will grow into a managerial or leadership role to oversee training and learning and development systems. I'm looking for fully remote roles and am open to international remote and roles requiring travel.
