I’m a Product Manager with 3+ years of experience building and scaling B2B SaaS and consumer products across AI, data, local search, and customer experience. I’ve worked end-to-end across product discovery, PRDs, user research, analytics, UX, API integrations, and shipping 0→1 and 1→n features. At ProManage, I’ve built products across Google Business Profile management, AI-powered review intelligence, geo-grid ranking, duplicate listing detection, CRM/communications, and AI-led product experiences. I also built a Help Center CMS from 0→1 to help customers self-serve and reduce support dependency. Previously, I worked in product analytics at CaratLane, using data to identify opportunities and improve customer and business outcomes. I’m now looking for a remote Product Manager role where I can own problems end-to-end, work closely with engineering and design, and build products with measurable customer and business impact.
