I’m a results-driven account manager with 4.5+ years of experience leading full-lifecycle projects on time and on budget, from discovery and planning through execution and rollout. I’ve managed concurrent client portfolios with annual budgets of €100K–€250K and coordinated cross-functional teams of 5–10 people. In my last role, I raised applications sixfold for a hard-to-fill energy-sector position through a targeted social media campaign. I also doubled a discount retailer's first-day sales by running its opening campaign, and I led a zoo's promotional campaign to its highest ticket sales in ten years. I keep clients and teams aligned through consistent, trustworthy, and empathetic communication. Last year, I devoted myself to a deliberate qualification period in AI and digital implementation.
