Working at the "Programmny product" company since 2022, I served as the head of the testing department for the "New Ticket System" project. The responsibilities included managing a distributed testing team (at its peak, 20 people), building the software testing process, monitoring and distributing tasks, preparing release notes, and being responsible for the quality of the release. Currently, the project is almost completed and has been transferred to the support phase. I am engaged in the development, revision, updating of the company's internal regulations in the Quality Management System. Working for Epam Systems (2012 - 2022) I was occupied on several projects (VTB, Dom.RF, Mvideo, Google) as a Key Tester, incrisingly as a QA Team lead. I was performing any kind of software testings such as Functional, Integration, Regression, Exploratory, UAT, UI testing and so on. Good at tools Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler, Browser's Dev Mode. Know well complex SQL (joins, subrequests, grouping, insert/update/delete). I was work with DataBases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL. I have an expirience in Kibana, Google Cloud, Jenkins, Swagger. I have theoretical knowleges in automation testing and BDD (Gerkin lng). As a QA Team lead I was working with MS Project (planning performance for the team, prepare or aggregate estimation). I used different features of Confluence (f.e macroses and calendars), Jira (f.e boards, dashboards, plugin Structure and Test Management). I used the track systems like HP ALM, Test-IT. Periodically I was set up testing process with nothing. The maximum number of employees in the team were 10. In the same time I was working as a Resource Manager. My unit consisted of 6 employees. I was conducting interview, preparing onboarding plans, allocating work tasks. Also I was participating in the negotiations with customer's representatives.
