I currently work as a Portuguese tutor for English speakers, where I develop strong communication, listening, and explanation skills tailored to individual needs. Through this experience, I have improved my ability to guide people, clarify doubts, and adapt communication styles depending on the situation. I am currently looking to transition into a Customer Support role, where I can apply my communication experience in a more structured, professional environment while continuing to grow in a remote work setting.
