I have around 8 years of experience in management, customer service, and operations, mainly in hospitality, as well as experience working in logistics and sales. In my previous roles, I worked directly with customers, handled complaints and difficult situations, coordinated staff and daily operations, and made sure things were done properly and on time. I have also worked with international teams and clients, so I am comfortable communicating in English and working independently. I am now looking for a remote position in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, Operations, or Virtual Assistance.
