Iryna Koroliuk

I’m a product manager with a software engineering background and 14 years of experience, mostly at startups, where I’ve worked across engineering, design, and product. I’ve spent my career owning the “what” and “why” alongside the “how”: running user research, clarifying requirements, negotiating scope with stakeholders, and leading teams through complex features. At my most recent company, I designed and built a Figma-to-code workflow using Cursor and Claude that lets designers and non-technical PMs create working feature prototypes. These prototypes are closer to the final product than static designs, and faster to update when edge cases like validation and error handling come up. At a stealth-mode startup, I defined and shipped an AI-powered feature that improves doctor-patient communication, resulting in 62% reduction in time doctors spent on messaging. My background is in frontend (JavaScript, React, TypeScript), so I work comfortably with engineers, designers, and data. I’m at my best translating user needs into clear requirements and shipping. I’m looking for a remote Product Manager or Technical Product Manager role, where I can own a product area end-to-end and work closely with engineering and design.
