I am a Biology Research professional with an M.Phil. in Biology and experience in scientific research, scientific content, virtual assistance, and e-commerce account management. I have approximately 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant and hands-on experience managing an Amazon US marketplace account, where I worked on listing optimization, inventory management, order processing, customer communication, case handling, A+ content, and account health. One of my key achievements was independently supporting the day-to-day management of an Amazon US brand and ensuring that listings, orders, inventory, and customer queries were handled accurately and efficiently. Another important achievement is completing my M.Phil. research in Animal Reproductive Biology, which strengthened my skills in scientific research, literature review, data handling, analysis, and scientific writing. I am now looking for a fully remote role where I can use my research, scientific, administrative, and digital skills. I am particularly interested in Research Assistant, Scientific Content Reviewer, Biology/Science support, Virtual Assistant, or E-commerce support roles. I am organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
