Executive Assistant & Operations Specialist | High-Level Support, Systems & Project Management
My experience includes supporting up to five executives simultaneously. For each, I manage numerous calendars, typically four to five, sometimes more, depending on office demands. I maintain alignment across priorities and time zones, prevent scheduling conflicts, and protect leadership time by proactively addressing potential issues. I coordinate travel, manage expenses, and handle meeting logistics, including building agendas, gathering updates from my teams, and creating presentations that are clear and ready for leadership to use. I work daily in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, and I keep SharePoint organized so information is easy to find. I also support team communication by managing inboxes, organizing information, and keeping newsletters and internal updates on track. Once I understand the goal, I take it from there. I focus on the details, handle sensitive information carefully, and follow through so the work is done right the first time.
