I have 7+ years of hands-on experience across enterprise desktop support, fiber network provisioning, systems administration, and LMS development. My career has taken me from solo overnight help desk technician covering a 15,000-user municipal ISP, to provisioning and dispatching across a 9-state, 1.5M+ customer fiber network, to rebuilding a national healthcare nonprofit's entire learning platform from scratch. Today at Food City / KVAT Foods, I serve as the dedicated IT specialist for a 2,000+ employee Distribution Center, leading my team in weekly ticket resolution, executing a full 5-warehouse network refresh, and building internal automation tools in Visual Studio, deployed via BigFix; including a custom Windows 11 deployment script rolled out across our entire PC network. What I bring beyond the technical work: I document everything, I learn from every escalation, and I stay curious about what's coming next. I'm currently expanding into Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID, and I'm actively pursuing roles in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or IT/Business Analysis where I can grow into that next level.
