I'm a Research Ops professional with 4+ years supporting UX Research and Product teams by owning end-to-end participant recruitment for complex, mixed-method UX studies, and 13 years in knowledge management and information organization within Media Librarianship, adding a rare depth to Research Ops. I'm a natural relationship-builder known for stripping logistical friction from workflows so researchers can focus on tactical and strategic insights. I seek a position that combines my unique background in Research Operations and Librarianship. This includes a strong focus on knowledge management and insight accessibility through the creation and maintenance of research repositories, as well as training and educating researchers of all levels on best practices and tools in order to add value and efficiency to workflows.
