As a P&C-licensed State Farm Trainer, I use real-world experience to help agents build confidence, apply knowledge, and succeed in a fast-paced remote environment. My experience as an agent, Lead SME, manager, and customer service professional has taught me how to recognize challenges early, adapt my coaching style, and hold people accountable while still creating a supportive learning environment. I’m also highly adaptable, having supported 10+ lines of business across insurance, healthcare, financial services, and customer support. I bring a strong balance of empathy and accountability, with a focus on improving performance, reducing risk, strengthening compliance, and helping people reach their full potential.
