Hasan Seth

I’m an operations and project management professional with nearly seven years of experience helping businesses build better systems, manage teams, and turn big ideas into things that actually work. I founded VAMP Systems in 2021 and have since worked with growing businesses on everything from daily operations and project management to hiring, training, CRM implementations, SOPs, automation, and process improvement. Two things I’m especially proud of are helping build the operational infrastructure for a 90-property hospitality business, including its customized Monday.com system, workflows, KPIs, and team training, and building my own company’s technology stack so I could successfully manage projects and teams remotely. I’ve worked directly with business owners, executives, employees, clients, and contractors, and I’m often the person people come to when something isn’t working or nobody quite knows how to fix it. I genuinely enjoy figuring things out, making people’s jobs easier, and building systems that continue working long after I’ve moved on to the next project. I’m now looking for a remote role in operations management, project/program management, business operations, implementation, or customer success. I’m especially interested in mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, and companies where I can collaborate with a team, take ownership, and make a meaningful impact.
