I bring over 25 years of experience working in complex project management, ESG enviorment within the power sector, across EPC, project management, and operations. Over time, my work has evolved beyond execution into a deeper focus on systems — how they are designed, how they perform, and why they often fail. This perspective allows me to connect ground-level realities with strategic intent, a gap that often defines success or failure in organizations. My core strengths span across: - Execution of large and complex projects - Strategic planning and implementation - Contract management and commercial understanding - Governance, compliance, and system frameworks (ESG, ISO, QMS) Alongside my industry experience, I have developed strong capabilities in: - Startup thinking and mentorship - Intellectual property (patents & copyrights) - Legal and regulatory understanding - Financial analysis and projections I am particularly interested in improving organizational effectiveness, accountability, and decision-making systems, both in corporate and institutional environments. I am currently preparing for certification with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) for Independent Director / Non-Executive Director roles, further strengthening my interest in governance and board-level responsibilities.
